Table 18 is excited to announce its grand opening in 2026 right here in Quincy. Owned by Quincy native Brandy Bartlett Waterkotte, the restaurant is located in the historic Old Modern Dairy—a place that once served as Brandy’s own childhood hangout—bringing her story full circle. Table 19 will offer a menu of comforting, homemade-style bites with daily lunch specials, convenient take-and-go meals, and catering for all occasions.
